Thank you for choosing Glow Scents! We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Please review our return policy below:

- Returns are accepted only if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

- We only accept returns for unused, like-new products. The determination of a product's condition is at the sole discretion of Glow Scents.

- Products purchased with a discount code or during a promotional event are not eligible for returns.

- Defective products resulting from issues from our craftsmanship are eligible for exchange, subject to product availability.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs including postage
