Candle Care Tips
In order to ensure a complete and smoke free burn, please follow our candle care tips!
First Light
Light your candle in a well-ventilated-room away from drafts or fans.
To prevent tunneling, let the candle burn for 3-4 hours or until the wax has achieved a full edge to edge melt-pool
While Lit
Ensure the candles' wick never gets longer than 1/4". A wick that is too long may result in a smoky burn, trim your candles' wick as needed.
Do prevent possible over heating, do not let your candle burn for more than 4 hours.
Near Empty
To prevent your jar from overheating, do not continue to burn your candle once there is 1/4"of wax left at the bottom.
Reuse
Give your candle a second life! Clean out all of the wax and use the jar as decor!

Candle Care Tips:
- Always keep the wick centered and trimmed to ¼’’.
- Burn the candle within sight and away from anything flammable.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Remove all packaging before lighting.
- Place on a temperature-safe surface to prevent heat damage.
- Keep away from drafts and ensure the wax pool is debris-free.
- Limit burning time to 4 hours and discontinue use when ¼’’ of wax remains.
- Do not use water to extinguish the candle.
Soot Issues:
- Trim wicks to 1/4'' before each use.
- Check for frayed wick fibers.
- Keep the candle away from vents, fans, or drafts.
- Avoid burning longer than the recommended 3-4 hours.
- If excess soot persists, discontinue use and contact us.
Tunneling:
- Burn your candle 2-3 times for 3-4 hours to allow wax to pool.
- If tunneling persists, continue burning in 3-4 hour increments until the candle self-corrects.
Wick Issues or Weak Flame:
- Wait for the wick to cool, then loosen fibers by twisting with your fingers.
- For self-extinguishing flames, absorb excess wax near the wick with a paper towel.
- Relight the candle and observe.
- If issues persist, contact us for assistance.
Candle Fragrance:
- Burn for 3-4 hours to ensure proper wax and wick heating.
- Consider changing the candle's location to avoid drafts.
- Note: Single-wick candles are ideal for small to medium-sized rooms.
